By using TLChic LLC's service you are agreeing to the following:

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service being rendered. Payment methods accepted are Cash, EFT, Check (Payable to "TLChic LLC"), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If paying by check please set up a time for us to collect the check 7 days before your scheduled appointment for processing. We will always send your invoice ASAP so you can choose to pay at any point up until your service.

Liability

We will always do our best to be very attentive while cleaning your home however, in rare instances accidents can happen.  We will either compensate you for the item or purchase a new one on our own and replace it for you. If the accident is a little more serious, we are fully insured.

Cancellation Policy

Please send a message or give us a call at least 48 hours in advance if possible and we can work to reschedule your cleaning or give a full refund if already paid. TLChic LLC does reserve the right to cancel service with a client if cancellations within 48 hours happen more than 3 times throughout contracted service period.

Appropriate Conduct/ Safe Working Environment: 

The Client(s) expressly agree(s) to take best efforts to provide TLChic LLC with safe and appropriate working conditions. Location being cleaned must have running water and electricity for proper cleaning to be completed.  In the event deemed by either TLChic LLC or a bystander to present a threat or implied threat of injury or harm to TLChic LLC, staff or equipment, TLChic LLC reserves the right to cancel all services remaining under this Agreement and leave. If TLChic LLC leaves the event early due to any offending behavior, the Client(s) expressly agree to relieve and hold TLChic LLC harmless as a result of incomplete coverage, or for a lapse in the quality of the work, and the Client(s) shall be responsible for payment in full.

Privacy

We will never share or sell your phone numbers or email addresses or any other information to any third party for any reason. We may send you the occasional email or newsletter, and will always give you a text or email confirmation before your upcoming cleaning, but please know your contact information is just for us. We will get express consent from any client before sharing any photos on social media or our website anonymously.
