Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning.  If you prefer us to use your cleaning supplies that is perfectly fine, please let us know during your quote.

Honestly, you might catch us rolling around on the floor with your dog or cat... Just kidding! (Or am I?)  But you know your pets the best, if they have any anxiety with company around please put them away for their safety and ours.  Please let us know ahead of time if you have pets and what to expect upon arrival.

That is up to you! If someone is home, we do our best to clean without disturbance. If nobody will be home, you may leave us your keys, entry code or other directions to access your home safely.

There is a first for everything but hopefully not this! If for whatever reason you are not happy with the cleaning you received, please let us know immediately and we'll be happy to send our team back out to resolve any issues, free of charge. 

To allow us to be most efficient, picking up toys, laundry, household items and clutter before we arrive will allow us to move through your home more quickly and deeply, which can give you the best cleaning experience. If you don't want to pick up the clutter or are just overwhelmed by it that is fine as well!  Leave it to us, we will neatly arrange any items left on floors or furniture.  Please put away any important documents and let us know ahead of time if there is anything you do not want us touching.

Cash, Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover, CashApp and Venmo are currently being accepted. 

Life happens and we can go with the flow!  We do appreciate at least 24 hours notice in advance if possible.  Just send a message or give us a call!
